Description
High Altitude (2400 feet above sea level) with low precipitation thoughout the year. Mild daytime temperatures, consistent sunlight, and cool evenings combine for a long even growing season.
Wine Style: Dark and concentrated yet elegant with flavors of dried cherries, blackberry, dark plum, dusty cocoa and toffee. Due to their supple tannins, Mendoza Malbecs are generally approachable much earlier than any of their Northern hemisphere counterparts.
