What is the difference between VIP, Front Premier, Premier, and Reserved level tickets?
Our VIP section is elevated and spacious with great views and is the only section with tables for two. The Front Premier section includes seats closest to the stage. The Premier section is just behind the Front Premier section in relation to the stage. The Reserved section encompasses the remainder of our seats. While the reserved seats are the farthest back in the venue, keep in mind it is a very intimate setting, so every seat will provide a great view and unique concert-going experience.
What do I use as my ticket?
We do not issue paper tickets. Your name is on a list at the front door. Your email confirmation and a photo ID are required to check in.
What do I need to ensure my dining reservation in the venue?
Your tickets serve as your venue reservation automatically. You do not need an additional reservation to eat and drink at your seats, which will be held for you until the end of the show.
Can I enjoy City Winery food and wine if I don’t have show tickets?
Yes! Our upstairs dining room, bar and patio are open for the public to enjoy 7 days a week. We also feature Atlanta’s only fully functioning winery and offer winery tours and tastings.
How long before a show can I sit down?
Your seats are typically available to you two hours prior to the show unless otherwise specified by us prior to the event. You will find more details in your confirmation email.
Can I attend an event if I am under 21?
We are an all ages venue. Our servers will ID anyone who appears under the age of 35 upon ordering wine, beer or spirits.
What happens if I run late? Will I lose my seats?
Your seats will be held for you until the end of the show. We will never give your seats away.
Can I book show tickets on Opentable?
The only place to get tickets to City Winery performances is at www.CityWinery.com.
When is my favorite band coming to City Winery Atlanta?
We announce new shows every Thursday! Sign up for our email list to stay informed of who’s coming to City Winery next. If you’re interested in purchasing tickets ahead of the general public, check out our VinoFile membership—it will score you 48-hour advance notice of our upcoming shows.
Do you book local acts?
While the majority of headliners will be nationally touring acts, we will feature local artists on occasion.
Is talking allowed during the show?
While we encourage a fun night out, we ask our guests to refrain from talking during the performance out of respect for our artists. If you feel as though one of your neighbors is being disruptive, we ask that you alert one of our staff as soon as possible.
Do you provide ADA-accessible seating and accommodations?
Yes! Please call us at 404-946-3791 so that our concierge team can help you pick the perfect seat. All of our menus have been translated into braille.
Do you offer a coat check?
Yes, we offer a complimentary coat-check for your convenience.
Where are you located?
We are located at the Ponce City Market annex, next to Dancing Goats Coffee and up the stairs from Binders Art Supply. Please enter on Glen Iris Drive, between Ponce De Leon Ave and North Ave NE.
How do I get to City Winery Atlanta?
From 75/85 north, use the right lane to take exit 248C for Freedom Parkway toward GA-10E/Carter Center. Continue onto GA-10E/Freedom Pkwy NE and turn left onto North Ave NE.
From 75/85 south, keep right to I-75 S/I-85 S. Take exit 249 D toward U.S. 78/North Ave/Georgia Tech/U.S. 278. Continue to exit 249D. Turn left onto U.S.-278 E/U.S.-78 E/North Ave NW. Continue straight onto North Ave NE and make a left onto Glen Iris.
From 20 east, take exit 57 toward Chattanooga/Greenville. Merge onto I-75 N/I-85 N. Use the right lane to take exit 248C for Freedom Pkwy toward GA-10 E/Carter Center. Continue onto GA-10 E/Freedom Pkwy NE and turn left onto North Ave NE. Turn right onto Glen Iris to park.
From 20 west, follow I-20W to U.S.-23N/Moreland Ave SE in Atlanta. Take exit 60 from I-20W and continue to Fulton County. Turn right onto GA-10E and turn left onto North Ave NE. Turn right onto Glen Iris to park.
Via MARTA: The North Avenue Marta Station is a mile and a half away, at the corner of W. Peachtree Street NW. Take MARTA bus 2 – Ponce de Leon Ave/Candler Park to Ponce City Market. Plan your bus and rail trip at http://mycommute.itsmarta.com/.
Is parking available?
Ponce City Market offers a paid parking program as well as valet parking. We recommend parking on Glen Iris, between Ponce De Leon Ave and North Ave NE. For more information about parking at Ponce City Market please click here.
Is there a dress code?
While we want you to be comfortable, we adhere to a “wine country casual” dress code. Dress for a night of great listening, dining and wine drinking.
I bought tickets to a show, and now I can't make it. What are my options?
Unfortunately all ticket sales are final, and we do not issue refunds or credit. If you can find someone to use your tickets, please email your guest's name and your order number to email@example.com, and we’ll happily change your reservation.
Do you serve more than just wine? Is there a drink minimum?
We have a full bar for your drinking pleasure. There is no required minimum on food or beverage, and a full menu is available throughout the show.

How do I make a reservation for a General Admission event?
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not take reservations for these events, so please arrive early to maximize your seating options.
What's included in my ticket purchase?
Unless otherwise noted, your ticket price only includes admission to the event. Dinner and drinks are not included but are available for purchase at your seats.
Do you offer wine flights or tastings?
We offer wine flights tailored to your interests as well as individual 2-oz tasting pours of tap wines at our upstairs bar and restaurant.
Can you tell me more about your winery and winemaking program?
City Winery features Atlanta’s only fully functioning winery, capable of processing whole cluster fruit to make wine from grapes to glass. We bring in high-quality fruit from the best vineyards in, California, New York, Oregon, Washington and Georgia during the fall harvest and facilitate a “crush” each year. Most of our wine will be served from the tap, eliminating eco-waste: no corks, capsules, labels, or bottles to throw away.
Can you tell me about the wine tours offered here?
For an in-depth look into our winemaking process, be sure to call or email email@example.com to schedule your wine tour. One of our sommeliers will show you around our winery and barrel-aging room, and you’ll given a taste of our house-made wines.
Can I order a bottle of City Winery wine?
Our retail wine shop is coming soon! Be sure to sign up on our mailing list to be notified when City Winery retail and artist wine is available for purchase.
Can I bring my own wine in?
Guests are encouraged to explore our wine list ahead of their visit. If they still wish to bring in their own bottle of wine and it is not available on our list, the manager on duty may allow up to two outside bottles at their discretion for a $25 corkage fee.
Can I hold my private event at City Winery?
Yes! Our space can be tailored to accommodate each individual client. Whether an intimate seated dinner, elegant wedding reception, corporate outing or wine tasting, bar/bat mitzvah, or prom, City Winery has the perfect space suited to your individual needs. What kinds of spaces are available?
Our cellar private dining room, winery, concert venue, tasting bar, restaurant private dining room, and our patio are all able to be reserved for your event. Please stop by during our box office hours or call us at 404-946-3791 to schedule a tour.
What kind of dining and beverage packages do you offer for my event?
We offer a variety of menus including light cocktail fare, a traditional seated three-course dinner, family style service or buffet dinner service. Our beverage packages range from classic wine and beer to a full bar menu, depending on your needs. Be sure to contact email@example.com for specifics and pricing.
I believe I left something at City Winery after attending a show/eating in the restaurant/attending a private event.

Is the restaurant child friendly?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome at City Winery.
Do you allow smoking?
There is no smoking allowed at City Winery, either indoors or on the patio.
Are pets allowed?
Your well-behaved furry friend is welcome to join us on our patio. Only service animals are allowed inside the restaurant, bar and venue.
Are firearms allowed?
We ask that you leave your guns and knives at home while enjoying food, wine and music at City Winery Atlanta.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all of our guests.
I’d like to buy dinner for my friends, am I able to pre-pay for them?
Yes, we will sore your information in a third-party vaulting system only accessible by management. Your card will be charged upon the completion of your guests’ meal.
What is your maximum party size for restaurant reservations?
Our restaurant is happy to host groups of up to 12 guests on any night in the restaurant. Parties larger than 12 are required to be booked as a private event. Please email email@example.com for more information on event packages.
Can I bring in a cake or desserts for my party?
We always encourage our guests to explore our custom cake options from our pastry chef. With 72 hours notice we’ll make your cake fresh for you on the day of your reservation. For those guests who prefer to bring in outside desserts, there will be a $3 plating fee per person.
Are you open on holidays?

Absolutely! We ask that you call ahead with allergy information and/or dietary restrictions so that we may provide you with as many options as possible.
