City Winery Boston and American Airlines invite you to our first season of the First Class International Pairing Series. American Airlines is the Official Airline of City Winery and the Annual First Class International Pairing Series. American offers ample nonstop daily service to the featured destinations.
At least once per month, we present a dinner showcasing the wines and cuisine of a fascinating region served by American Airlines. Each program includes remarks by a leading regional expert, a multi-course dinner, and flights of wine highlighting the traditional styles of the region. Over the course of five dinners we will ‘visit’ an array of international destinations.
City Winery is happy to showcase the sakes of Ruby Wines, a beautiful portfolio featuring a wide selection of sakes from Japan, with portfolio manager Mary Stout. Enjoy a four-course menu crafted by Chef Enx to highlight the sakes, the regions, history, and culture of Japan.

Mary Stout is the Artisanal Sake Portfolio Manager for Ruby Wines with over 15 years of beverage industry experience. Stout holds a Certified Sake Adviser certification from the Sake School of America, and is a Certified Sake Specialist through the Sake Education Council.
