A great new tradition!

Every Sunday Morning, combining live music and food in a fresh, cultural environment, City Winery’s Klezmer brunch series pairs some of the greatest musicians in the world with delicious lox, bagels and other tasty fare on our brunch menu on Sunday mornings from 10am to 2pm.

Ticket is a $10 cover for live music and does not include food or drink. Children 13 and under are free for the music. We have a full brunch menu available upon request.

ABOUT THE BAND:

Led by trumpeter Ben Holmes, the Lazarus Quartet brings its unique sound to the City Winery's Klezmer Brunch series. Featuring Jacob Garchik (accordion and trombone), Matt Pavolka (bass), and Ziv Ravitz (drums), the group's music excites, inspires, and romances the listener, while always drawing from the musicians' roots in the traditions of Jewish, Jazz, Eastern European and Middle Eastern music. Peter Margasak of Downbeat Magazine has written that "Holmes, whether employing a plush, ballad style or a hurtling, rhythmically elaborate fluidity, maintains impressive composure and a full-bodied tone."
