We will serve a perfectly romantic 3 course Prix Fixe menu crafted by Chef Andres Barrera.

Amuse – Smoked Potato & Caramelized Onion Soup, Anjou Pear Compote

1st Course - choice of
Golden Baby Beet Salad: mache, grilled Fuji apples, Humbolt Fog goat cheese
Crudo: Norwegian halibut, grilled asparagus, pomelo salad, black lava salt
Saffron Arancini: speck flecks, marinara, peeled Manchego, micro basil

2nd Course - choice of
12oz. Rib Eye: Dry aged Sterling Silver beef, smashed Russian fingerling potato sauteed local wild mushrooms, demi glace
Moroccan Spiced Tuna Loin: roasted tomato-eggplant compte, crispy polenta cake,spiced shiraz reduction
Fig Glazed Petite Poulet: French lentils, mergueze, baby root vegetables

3rd Course - choice of
Champagne-Strawberry Terrine: vanilla bean granita, sable cookie
Chocolate-n-Chile Mousse:  persimmon puree, almond souffle
Cheese Tour: La Tur, Epiosses, 2 Sisters Notorious Gouda

The dinner is just $60 per person and you will be able to pair each course with our tap wines made on premises for $30
