Join Chef Harold Dieterle, "Top Chef" Season One winner and award winning chef at Perilla in New York City, and acclaimed writer, educator and "recovering wine critic" W.R Tish, for a master class on the world of food pairings possible with the signature white wine from Spain – Rías Baixas Albariño.
This dynamic tasting will feature Chef Dieterle and Tish's pairings of the incredibly food friendly Albariño grape with a variety of small bites from around the world. More than a partner for tapas and traditional Spanish fare, Albariño is a perfect summer wine whose character and finesse allow it to complement and pair harmoniously with Thai food just as easily as with Cubano cuisine.
Expect comedy, class and a vibrant educational night as you and your friends enjoy a flight of 6 distinct Albariño wines paired with a selection of tasty morsels crafted specially by our “Top Chef”, and the man with the magic glasses.
