About the Artists:
Justin Trawick: Starting out on the Washington D.C. music scene in 2004, Justin has since made his way up and down the east coast. He combines forms of bluegrass and folk to tell the stories of everyday life that shouldn't be forgotten.
Jon Paul: Berklee College of Music Graduate, John Paul, released his debut self-titled EP earlier this year. His talent for folk acoustics made him a finalist at the 2011 New Song Mountain Stage Music contest.
Arlan Feiles: Arlan Feiles was nominated for Best Americana Album of the Year at this years' Grammys, making this newcomer a growing household name. His voice along with his undeniable talent for piano make for a truly soulful sound.
Miss Tess: Miss Tess is a New York City based songwriter and performing musician, who tours regularly with her band, as "Miss Tess & The Talkbacks". She will be making a rare solo appearance to showcase some of her more intimate material.
Carsie Blanton: Carsie describes her sound as "classic American pop." Her new album, Idiot Heart, produced by Wood Brothers' own Oliver Wood, made a big splash on the east coast music scene earlier this year.
Mike Errico: Errico is an NYC native that has become well known for his bittersweet vocal sound, comparable to Iron and Wine. He incorporates new songwriting style and instrumentation with every new album. His newest album, Wander Away, includes dobro, string sections, pedal steel, and harmonium.
Ed Romanoff: Ed's 2012 self-titled debut is a gritty masterwork of melancholic and atmospheric Americana. The album evokes the solo work of Mark Knopfler, the swampy mysticism of New Orleans and the kind of redemption you find at the end of an introspective night with a good bottle of whiskey.
Jennifer Logue Singer-song writer will share songs from her latest project "The Split Sessions" inspired by New York and Europe.
Milton New York local returns to City Winery. The New York Times says, "He has the pitch and rhythm to carry the day, and his sophisticated lyrics keep listeners coming back for more."
