Celebrate the flavors of the season at our Chef & Winemaker Dinner: A Taste of Spring. This four-course dining experience focuses on fresh, vibrant ingredients thoughtfully paired with City Winery wines. From earthy mushrooms and bright roasted carrots to rich, slow-braised beef bourguignon and a sweet strawberry shortcake finale, we’ll spend each course highlighting the balance of delicacy and warmth that make spring such a special time of the year.
